Good location, about ten minutes walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa; we felt safe walking in the area both during the day and in the evening. Beautiful central courtyard, where mint tea was served on arrival, and breakfast served in the mornings. Our room (Yazmin) was simply but attractively furnished, with comfortable bed. Lovely roof terrace with tables and sun loungers. Our flight was in the evening, and although we had to check out of our room by 12:00, we were able to stay and use the roof terrace and courtyard that afternoon, which was very welcome. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
It wasn't possible to pay by credit card, which meant a trip to take cash out of an atm. This could be a problem if you didn't realise until you were just about to check out!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Riad Amira is very well decorated, and situated not too far from the town centre but also far enough away to be quiet. They arranged a fixed price airport transfer for us on request.
Riad amira is quite difficult to find on your first trip to the kasba district, as the sign outside is tiny. Stick to main roads, get to the kasba mosque then head down the immediately adjacent main street going south until you reach a shop with a purple exterior on your right (called umi or something..) and a few metres later a pair of stop signs on either side of the street. Take the street on your left, walk along and take the second left, it is then the second door on your right with a door knocker and a little gold sign. We had to communicate with some of the staff in french because they could not speak english.

Nicely furnished room, clean and hospitable place, FAIRLY FRIENDLY staff. Location near to an alley, and taxis where Riad is locxated which is a pain. Also, to mountains.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the decoration. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with finding parking nearby. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including eggs, crepes, yoghurt, and fresh fruit. It was the perfect start to each day of my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in the Kasbah was ideal, with all major sights within a short walking distance.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were impeccable.

I had an amazing experience at this riad! the property was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful pool in the middle. the decoration had great taste and added to the overall charm. the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the food was delicious and the location was perfect - in a bustling part of town, but still quiet. the owner even helped me find parking nearby. One small suggestion would be to have a small heating system for the pool, as the water was quite cold. the air conditioner made some sudden noises at night, which woke me up. Lastly, I loved the peaceful music played at another riad and think it would be a great addition here too. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 😊.
